Thomas Demeter, professionally known as MR. TUMN1S, is an American DJ, rapper, and record producer based in Northern Utah in the Greater Salt Lake area.

Known for blending multiple genres, original production styles, and raw lyricism, TUMN1S has built a reputation as both an artist and an engineer for many rising artists throughout the local scene. His sound reflects the authentic, unfiltered energy of underground music while continuously evolving through years of dedication to his craft.

Music has been part of his life since childhood. From the moment he could reach a piano, he taught himself to play without formal instruction. Through years of persistence he developed an understanding of music theory, composition, and sheet music entirely on his own. Over nearly two decades he has refined his ear for melody, emotion, and sound design.

In early 2018 he learned the basics of DJing from a family friend and began performing on stage almost immediately. Later that same year he moved into production. After receiving his first laptop he started building simple compositions and experimenting inside his DAW, and what began as small ideas turned into an everyday obsession.

For nearly a decade he has dedicated himself daily to refining his production, engineering, and overall sound. From understanding mixdowns to mastering his creative process, every release represents years of relentless growth, experimentation, and passion.
